How is UNIQA using Artificial Intelligence?

In the video below on CxO Talk, I asked Alexander Bockelmann, Group CIO and CDO of UNIQA Insurance Group about data bias and data privacy.

In my view, Artificial Intelligence is fast becoming a part of our daily lives. In a way, AI is a reflection of what we feed into it and thus we have to make sure that the training data that we use to train AI does not have any visible or invisible biases.
