Who Governs Open Data Models and Data Sharing?

In the video below on CxO Talk, I asked Milind Kamkolkar, Chief Data Officer of Sanofi and Hicham Oudghiri, CEO and Co-founder of Enigma Technologies about the importance of data governance.

In my view, since data is used to help make decisions, we have to make sure that the data is not influenced by our intentional and unintentional biases. We should be aware of:

1. The primary, secondary and tertiary sources of the data
2. The extrapolation of the data is carefully done
3. The effective feedback loops to identify the changes in underlying assumptions of the data
4. The intended and unintended consequences of using the data
