In my view, there used to be a time where it was considered that Artificial Intelligence (AI) would only affect jobs that were simple tasks but now we are seeing that AI is advancing at such a rapid pace that it has gone beyond just simple tasks. Governments and organizations have to be ready for this. While we can all talk about the net number of jobs gained we have to realize that the people behind whose jobs are lost matter. We have to make sure there is a way to transition from jobs lost to the jobs that are coming up.
